(B67289462), hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, is the Data Controller of the User’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Organic Law (ES) 15/1999 of December 13 (LOPD) on the protection of personal data. Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations planned for processing are:

These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will relate to their products and services, or those of their collaborators or suppliers with whom they have reached a promotional agreement. -Processing orders, requests, or any type of query made by the user through any of the contact methods made available to them.
-Sending the website’s newsletter.
Data retention criteria: Data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing, and when no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization or complete destruction of the data.
Data communication: Data will not be communicated to third parties, except where legally obliged.
Rights of the User: Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right to access, rectify, port, and delete your data, and to limit or object to its processing. Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (agpd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the provision of optimal service to the User. Should all data not be provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully adjusted to your needs.

In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR and Article 4 of the LOPD, by which data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated adequate information to them so that they can exercise these rights.
