Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance for standard treatments and one week in advance for experiences involving a jacuzzi.

Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Yes. It is necessary to notify us 24 hours in advance for individual and couple reservations, and 48 hours for groups of more than 4 people. Otherwise, the voucher will be considered redeemed.

When should I arrive?

Arriving about 10-15 minutes early allows you to slow down, change your environment, and begin to disconnect before your massage. Otherwise, the voucher will be considered used

Should I bring anything special, such as a swimsuit?

Yes. It is necessary to bring your own swimsuit to access the spa facilities.
